Group 1

Try to serve the Grandpas first, and as soon as possible for each course.

Group 2

Leave Charles seated until seating Barbara from Group 3.

Alternately, you could seat Barbara with Group 2, but then all seats are filled, and you miss out on the reseat bonuses. With all the lost points on irate guests, you need the reseat bonuses!
